I designed a website for IMAGO, a company specializing in organizing training programs at various levels of administration. The website was created with a focus on intuitive presentation of the training offer and easy access to key information for institutions and individuals seeking specialized courses. The project combines modern aesthetics with functionality, emphasizing the brand’s expertise and reliability.
Scope of work
The project involved creating a comprehensive visual identity for IMAGO’s training platform, focusing on a modern and user-friendly website that effectively communicates the company’s mission. The design process included structuring content to ensure clarity and accessibility for different user groups, from educational institutions to public administration. A key aspect was integrating an intuitive course booking system, making it easier for users to explore training options and sign up. The website was also optimized for seamless navigation, ensuring that visitors can quickly find relevant information. Additionally, the visual identity was carefully crafted to reflect professionalism while maintaining an inviting and approachable feel.

The main challenge was the lack of a cohesive and modern platform that would clearly communicate IMAGO’s mission and facilitate users in finding relevant training programs. The previous website did not meet contemporary UX/UI standards, and users struggled to navigate and locate specific courses. The company needed a solution that would enhance the user experience and increase training sign-ups.
solution
The new IMAGO website was designed with a focus on clarity and seamless navigation. The information structure was optimized to help users quickly find relevant courses. Key improvements include: • a modular section layout dynamically presenting various training categories, • dedicated thematic blocks that assist institutions in selecting suitable courses, • clear CTAs (“View Training”) encouraging reservations, • a cohesive color palette that aligns with the brand’s professional character.

The homepage was designed to immediately showcase the core values of IMAGO. Users are presented with a strong message emphasizing the company’s scope of activities, along with key statistics demonstrating its experience. A crucial element is the testimonials from clients and a list of trusted institutions, reinforcing the brand’s credibility.

The training program page was created with an intuitive information structure. Key features include:

large headlines highlighting course offerings,

a “Related Training” module to increase user engagement and encourage further exploration.

The website is fully responsive, ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices. Additionally, high-quality photography creates a warm yet professional atmosphere, making the brand feel approachable and trustworthy. The neutral color palette of browns and beiges enhances the site’s elegant and business-oriented aesthetic.

The IMAGO website project is a prime example of strategic UX/UI design.
